PRE-INSPECTION CANCELLATION PENALTY: Should PURCHASER cancel this Offer subsequent to SELLER’s acceptance but prior to shipment of the Corvette, SELLER shall be entitled liquidated damages in an amount equal to the greater of the Deposit or 10% of the purchase price (“The Cancellation Fee ”).
